CB. Dallas Cowboys. BYRON JONES. I.
With all the talent in the world on offense in 2014, the Dallas Cowboys could win it all by adding to the defense. And they did that and then some in free agency and the draft this offseason. In the 2015 NFL Draft, it all started with them taking corner Bryon Jones No. 27 overall.

And Jones impressed the Cowboys right away with his coverage on Dez Bryant in training camp. Bryant got his at times but Jones got back like no other in camp since Bryant became a Cowboy. So far in training camp and in preseason, Jones has been switching back and forth corner to safety.

And after a solid first preseason game against the San Diego Chargers, he injured his shoulder in practice. All reports are that the injury isn’t serious and he sat out of Sunday’s game for precautionary reasons. So I’m going to give Jones and the Cowboys an incomplete until I get a chance to see him more.
