10. Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien isn’t crazy about Ryan Mallet or Brian Hoyer. So he grabs a quarterback that he recruited out of high school and knows his offense. O’Brien can then go into the future with a great defense and his quarterback.. QB. Penn State. Christian Hackenberg. 13. player
