NFL 2015 first-round preseason grades

<p>The Green Bay Packers wanted an inlfux of talent at the corner position to go with Sam Shields. So in the 2015 NFL Draft, the Packers took Damarious Randall with the No. 30 overall pick. Then in the second, round the Packers took another cornerback in Quentin Rollins.</p> <p>And while Randall dealt with a groin injury early on, Rollins surpassed Randall on the depth chart. Randall broke up a couple passes in the preseason opener vs the New England Patriots, and was a standout. But in the second preseason game, Randall made his presence felt against the Pittsburgh Steelers with an interception.</p> <p>The interception was on the backup quarterback but he had tight coverage on Martavious Bryant. Then in the dress rehearsal against the Philadelphia Eagles, both he and Rollins were with the backups. It appears Casey Hayward will remain the starter along with Shields as Randall looks good with the backups.</p>. CB. Green Bay Packers. DAMARIOUS RANDALL. C+
