Back in the day, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football program was full of future NFL stars. Super Bowl winning quarterbacks like Joe Montana and Joe Theismann were Notre Dame legends. Newly inducted Hall of Fame receiver Tim Brown won a Heisman Trophy as a member of the Fight Irish himself.

Running back Ricky Waters, receiver Raghib Ismail and many other had their moments in the NFL. That hasn’t been the case so much of late but Notre Dame is making a comeback to the NFL. Linebacker Manti Teo, defensive lineman Stephon Tuitt, guard Zach Martin and tight end Ben Koyack are a part of that.
