New England Patriots’ No. 31 pick forfeited.

DE. Auburn. Carl Lawson. 32. player. 49. The Green Bay Packers win the Super Bowl and Julius Peppers rides off into the Sunset. He has been obsessing over that ring every since he was beaten by Tom Brady’s Patriots to end 2003. It’s what drives him to still put the work in at age 35.
At the most, Peppers would stay around only to try defend his title but I belive he rides off. Meanwhile, the best prospect on the board is a replacement for Peppers at the same time. So they grab him, get reciever Jordy Nelson back and try again in 2016.
