Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters should have been a Top-10 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He is the best cornerback coming out but some off-the-field troubles led to him taking a slide. But through the first quarter of the 2015 season, if Peters isn’t he sure has resembled a shut-down corner.

Talk about immediate impacts, Peters intercepted a pass on his first play as an NFL player. Then in the second game of his NFL career, he intercepted Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning and returned it for a touchdown. But still Peters is relentlessly attacked, getting beat for more touchdowns than any other corner.

But at the same time, he’s tied for his position’s lead in picks and leads it in pass breakups. I love the way he competes hard but would like to see him stay a little more disciplined. He’s a rookie at a hard position to play so believe he deserves the high grade I have given him.
. CB.
