14. Buffalo Bills (3-4)- Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
When the Buffalo Bills traded Kiko Alonso for LeSean McCoy they lost some explosiveness in their linebacker corps. Alonso’s ability to hold up in coverage has been missed and should be something Buffalo looks to replace in the offseason. UCLA’s Myles Jack has a lot of similar traits to Alonso which makes him a strong option.
Jack is an exceptional athlete routinely makes plays from sideline to sideline. His explosive short-area burst allows him to produce tackles for loss and sacks. However, Jack’s fluid movements and coverage skills are what makes him a truly special player.
He’s unique in that he can cover running backs out of the backfield, tight ends down the seam and even bump out in the slot. There aren’t many linebackers who posses this type of versatility.
