7. Baltimore Ravens (1-6)- Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State
We are going to see a major face lift in Baltimore this offseason with the Ravens needing to upgrade the talent at several positions. However, they will be tempted to add a bruising running back like Ohio State’s Ezekiel Elliott who will bring back memories of Jamal Lewis.
Joe Flacco is a good NFL quarterback, but has always been at his best when he had a strong running game to lean on. Justin Forsett just isn’t the type of runner who can handle a heavy workload and consistently move the chains. He’s best working on the edges and out of the backfield as a receiver.
Elliott is a bigger back who can pick up yards after contact and pick up big chunks of yardage. He’s also a solid receiver and strong pass protector which makes him an every-down back.
