F.
The New Orleans Saints took Peat No. 13 overall with hopes that he takes the right tackle job. But after struggling this preseason, he didn’t take the job, making his first start for injured Terron Armstead at left tackle in Week 5. He actually wasn’t too bad in his first start but from there, things didn’t exactly take off for Peat.

Zach Strief, the starting right tackle who’s been in the NFL for last 10 years, has been solid this year. And we know how great Armstead is so you have to wonder why the Saints took Peat at No. 13 overall. A pick in the first round for an eventual replacement is only good for a team that just won a Super Bowl.

The Saints could have used that pick on a defensive player, as bad as they are on that side of the ball. You have to wonder about a player when he struggles with his conditioning in training camp too. This is just a bad pick because the player isn’t ready, they have a good player at his position and they could have used a defensive player.
. OT. New Orleans Saints. ANDRUS PEAT
