F.
The Philadelphia Eagles drafted Nelson Agholor No. 20 overall because he reminded them of Jeremy Maclin, whom they just lost in free agency. They thought he could come right in and fill that void but they were wrong. Maclin didn’t make a huge immediate impact himself but Agholor isn’t making one at all.

He did have a nice, one-handed snag of a deep ball for 45 yards before fumble on the next play in Week 4. But so far this season, in the six games he’s been healthy, he has 11 catches for 112 yards. He’s only been targeted 21 times all year and it’s not like the other receivers are lighting it up right now.

The Eagles and their Spread Offense aren’t getting it done like it did when Kelly first got to Philly. It’s hard to say if this is on Maclin, the system he went to or the Eagles just not using him right. Either way, when you have a situation like this with a 1st-round pick, it’s not a good thing.
. WR. Philadelphia Eagles. NELSON AGHOLOR
