And Dorsett has all of eleven catches this year 167 yards and one touchdown while Luck has had to start getting rid of the ball quicker to aviod sacks. The Colts went into this past offseason really close to being a Super Bowl team. Dorsett is a good player but of no real use to the Colts, leading them to 4-5 right now and not equipped to win in the playoffs if they go.

With T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief and Andre Johnson, the Indianapolis Colts are loaded at receiver. They went into the the 2015 NFL Draft needing to address protecting quarterback Andrew Luck. But at No. 29 overall, they couldn’t resist the blinding speed and quickness of Phillip Dorsett.
Dorsett is a good player but not the best on the board and there’s no time for deep balls if there’s no protection. Plus Hilton and Moncrief have a rapport with Luck so even without Johnson, there isn’t much room for him. Luck just missed a game for the first time in his career this year because the Colts don’t protect him well.
