I.
You can clearly see now that Jay Cutler was never the big problem for the Chicago Bears. The problem was offensive coordinator Marc Trestman, who’s ruining the Baltimore Ravens offense now. The Bears are 4-5 with a couple close losses and missed games by Cutler but they’re still in the hunt as it is.

If the Bears would have had receiver Kevin White to go with fellow receiver Alshon Jeffery and tight end Martellus Bennett the offense would be unstoppable. With the defense the Bears have right now, they need an unstoppable offense. But a stress-fracture to White’s shin required surgery where a metal rod was put through it.

And now, we have no idea when or if he’s going to see the field for the Bears at all this year. The Bears are going to have to make a decision soon on if they’ll activate him from the PUP list or shut him down for the season. It should be the latter of the two to play it safe so the Bears can enjoy a breakout season from him next year.

. WR. Chicago Bears. KEVIN WHITE
