21. Indianapolis Colts- Cody Whitehair, OL, Kansas State

Hopefully the Indianapolis Colts learned their lesson and focus on improving the offensive line this offseason. Andrew Luck is a great player who’s capable of overcoming pressure, but even he has his limits.

The issue for the Colts is that the problems along the offensive line are at several positions. They could an upgrade at guard, center and right tackle. This is why a versatile player like Kansas State’s Cody Whitehair would be a good fit.

Whitehair is an excellent athlete who also features good upper body strength. He has seen time at both tackle and guard where has shown his effectiveness. The Colts could add Whitehair to the mix and let him find a home.

Indianapolis also has issues to address on the defensive side of the ball. They have struggled to generate pressure on the quarterback, given up big plays in the secondary and can’t stop the run. Penn State’s Austin Johnson would be a great fit as someone who can come in and add toughness up front.

The big question is with the coaching staff where Chuck Pagano could be let go at the end of the year. A change at head coach could mean a change in scheme.
