22. Buffalo Bills- Germain Ifedi, OL, Texas A&M
Rex Ryan hasn’t changed his thought process after moving from the New York Jets to the Buffalo Bills. He still wants to win games because of his defense while building the offense around a strong ground attack.
LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams are very talented running backs who have done a lot of damage this year. However, Buffalo could use some help along the offensive line– especially at right tackle and potentially guard.
Richie Incognito has taken advantage of his opportunity and is playing at a very high level. However, his age (32) and history of locker room problems clouds his long-term future. The Bills could bring in someone like Texas A&M’s Germain Ifedi to serve as Incognito’s replacement and potentially help at right tackle.
Tyrod Taylor has been a terrific story this year, but Buffalo needs to consider if he has reached his ceiling. Rex Ryan witnessed firsthand while with the Jets that it’s tough to win a Super Bowl with average quarterback play.
The Bills could potentially make an aggressive move to add a young quarterback to the mix. This could include a trade to move up the board and grab someone like Memphis’ Paxton Lynch or Michigan State’s Connor Cook.
