Here we are again as we enter Week 11 with another 2016 NFL Mock draft.

We have another week of changes as there were some unexpected wins and losses in Week 10. And in college, there were some NFL draft prospects that rose and fell based on their play of late. The rumors and specutlation on some teams has also picked up as there has already been hirings and firings.

There are organizations that have decisions to make as far as creating the idenity of their teams. And these picks will be based on the identity some of these new executives want for their teams. Then of course, you have the teams that have an identity, needing only the strengthen it.
