49.
Green Packers star edge-rusher Clay Matthews III is holding the defense together while playing ILB. But I assure you, giving up 4.3 yards per carry isn’t what they want for this season. So the Packers need to find themselves a real ILB.

That way, Matthews can go back to being one of the best 3-4 OLBs in the game. The Packers would then get after the passer better even better than they do now. A true rough-rider in the middle of that defense would be just what the doctor order here.

With Jordy Nelson coming back, the run defense would be the Packers’ only problem. So here at No. 27 overall, the Packers take Reggie Ragland. Mercurial LSU RB Leonard Fournette averaged darn-near 200 yards a game until he met Alabama.

Led by Ragland, Alabama’s defene held Fournette to just 31 yards on 16 carries. Ragland just isn’t used to playing on defenses that allows running backs to run through. And that shouldn’t change when he starts playing for the Packers.
. ILB. Alabama. Reggie Ragland. 27. player
