26. Green Bay Packers: Carl Nassib, DL Penn State
Nassib is a rare tweener who looks pro ready at multiple positions. He’s fast and quick enough to play edge rusher, big and stout enough to play 5 Tech End and can slide inside to tackle on sub packages.

The Packers need all the defensive help that they can get. They are paying the price for letting a lot of talent walk, so a pro-ready prospect should be their target.

25. Atlanta Falcons: Darron Lee, LB Ohio State
The Falcons defense is a problem (their offense is a problem also, but one problem at a time here). They can’t cover in the flats and TEs have been shredding them. Lee could fix both issues. He also brings a good amount of speed for a defense badly in need of it. He also could slide inside and be a two way Mike backer. All in all, a value pick for them. The question with Lee is size: is he big enough?

24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jeremy Cash, DB Duke
The Steelers still haven’t come close to replacing what Troy Polamalu meant to their defense for years. They’ve found limited success using Will Allen as a more coverage based SS but that’s not a long term option. And it takes the sting of their defense.Cash thrives when he’s allowed to attack and roam near the line of scrimmage. He can get caught out of position, but he’s a smart, savvy defender Sound familiar Steelers’ fans?

23. Buffalo Bills: Yannick Ngakoue, Edge Rusher Maryland
Mario Williams isn’t working in the Bills defense. Some of it has been nagging injuries but his sack production has dropped dramatically in a short amount of time. He just looks uncomfortable in the 3-4 hybrid that Ryan is running. Ngakoue could remind Bills fans of Jerry Hughes, but he’s a much more advanced as a pass rusher coming out of school than Hughes was.

22. Indianapolis Colts: Max Tuerk, OL Southern Cal
No matter who the long term QB for the Colts is, they need a better offensive line. They have some interesting power blockers on that line, but they need more agility and speed.Tuerk is coming off of a major knee injury but when healthy he could start for the Colts almost anywhere on their line. He’s big with long arms and good agility.

21. New York Giants: Shawn Oakman, DL Baylor
Jerry Reese loves to pick the most talented player left on his board. Oakman is seen by some as a diamond and as cubic zirconia by others. He is a physical freak with his combo of size and speed. The Giants also need defensive line talent and Oakman can play either weakside DE or DT for them. Having a guy who can slot in many places is something that the Giants have valued for almost a decade and have missed since Justin Tuck left.
