A couple of weeks ago, Notre Dame receiver Will Fuller announced he’s staying in school in 2016. This comes after months of speculation to the contrary for months prior to the announcement. We all like to take athlete’s at their word when they make an announcement but things get murky when you bring money into the equasion.

Saturday night, Fuller looked like the type of NFL receiver prospect team’s can’t wait to get their hands on. Against the Stanford Cardinal, Fuller did exactly what he had been doing all season long. He simply blew right by the the Cardinal secondary when he wanted to and made big plays.

Fuller had six catches for 163 yards and a 73-yard touchdown that he blew past the defense on. On the season, he has 56 catches for 1,145 yards and 13 touchdowns along with a 20.4-yard per catch average. Those are the kind of numbers that confirm his blazing speed is good for big plays at the next level.

There are times that he catches the ball with his body too much instead of his hands, away from it. But you can bet NFL coaches believe they can fix everything wrong with a guy with that kind of speed. Fuller would open up underneath routes and take a safety out of the box with his speed.

So should he get it while it’s hot and enter the draft?

Should he wait another year to have an even bigger year with red-shirt freshman quarterback DeSean Kizer?

What would you do?
