50.
The passing combination of quarterback Matthew Stafford and receiver Calvin Johnson is still one you can win with. They’re starting to pick it up on the defensive side of the ball too. What the Detroit Lions need is to protect Stafford better than they do.

Stafford has never had a quality left tackle that he can depend on before. Gosder Cherilus and Riley Reiff, both 1st-round picks of the past, simply didn’t work out. Stafford was often injuried at the beginning of his career because of it.

A sack-fumble by OLB Julius Peppers just cost the Lions a chance to beat the Green Bay Packers. Meanwhile, Laremy Tunsil is the No. 1 tackle prospect in the 2016 NFL Draft. He has the potential to be the type of franchise left tackle Stafford deserves.

The Stafford-Johnson combo still has a few good years left in it. Golden tate is out there with Johnson making plays too to add more to that passing game. The running game can still use some work too and Tunsil can help there and in pass protection.
. OT. Mississippi. Laremy Tunsil. 10. player
