28.
The Oakland Raiders have done well in the draft the last two years. Too bad 2010 1st-round pick Rolando McClain didn’t click with fired head coach Dennis Allen. If he and 2013 1st-rounder D.J. Hayden worked out, the Raiders defense would be special.

But 2013 2nd-rounder David Amerson, a waiver-claim from the Washington Redskins, is making up for it. The Raiders pass-defense immediately improved by leaps and bounds once Amerson became the starter, sending Hayden to the bench.

That leaves the Raiders needing to make up for McClain in the 2016 NFL Draft. They tried with 2015 free agent inside backer Curtis Lofton but he can’t cover or play the run anymore. So at No. 13 overall, the Raiders take Myles Jack, who’s a do it all linebacker.

He’s also the explosive hitter you need an inside linebacker to be. Jack, Malcolm Smith, Khalil Mack and Aldon Smith would make the best linebacker corps in the NFL. That’s four versatile guys that can play the run, cover and blitz well.
. ILB. UCLA. Myles Jack. 13. player
