Things are starting to come together for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers now. Their young offensive line is much improved and playing well. That has allowed quarterback Jameis Winston and running back Doug Martin to get going on that offense.

The young Buccaneers offense is going to continue to grow from n0w into next year. The defense, particularly the front-7 of that Tampa-2, is also coming together. They’ve improved drastically as a whole but not enough against the pass at cornerback.

The Buccaneers have even gotten themselves back in the playoff hunt as a wildcard team. If they don’t get there the cornerback position will be the reason why they didn’t. If they do get there, the cornerback position will be why they exit early.

In this mock draft, they don’t get there and at No. 17 overall, they get a cornerback. And Mackensie Alexander fits well as he is physiscal a the line of scrimmage. He also tackles well after the catch and he’s right up the street in South Carolina.
. CB. Clemson. Mackensie Alexander. 17. player. 48
