Ohio State. Joey Bosa. 1. player. 53.
There are absolutely no quarterbacks worth the No. 1 pick in this draft. And owner Jim Haslam picked Johnny Manziel against head coach Mike Pettine’s wishes. Haslam will likely fire Pettine at season’s end so he can find a coach to work with Manziel.

Joey Bosa is the universally known best player in the 2016 NFL draft. Bringing him from right down the street in Columbus will put butts in the seats too. “The next J.J. Watt” is definitely the type of player to change a struggling franchise’s fortunes.

Adding Bosa could actually make the Browns’ defensive front-7 one of the best in the NFL. OLBs Paul Kruger and Nate Orchard are already there with NT Danny Shelton. They could then stop the run and get after opposing quarterbacks much better.

Add that to a healthy secondary and the Browns could have a top defense in the NFL. They’ll need it with the offenses the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals have. You win in the playoffs and beyond with defense anyway.
. DE
