18. Buffalo Bills (6-7)- Emmanuel Ogbah, Edge, Oklahoma State
In many ways this has been a disappointing year for the Buffalo Bills. They expected to make a strong run at the playoffs and build off what was a solid year in 2014. The addition of Rex Ryan created a buzz but also created some bumps in the road. Some of those bumps have surrounded star pass-rusher Mario Williams.
Williams has expressed his frustration with the defensive system. His vocal displeasure and contract means there’s a chance he’s a cap causality this offseason. Moving on from Williams would create a hole on the edge that could be filled via the draft.
Oklahoma State’s Emmanuel Ogbah is an intriguing prospect because of his elite athleticism. He features a rare combination of size, raw power and quickness. Ogbah is still developing as a football player but is showing the ability to take to coaching.
Buffalo should also take a close look at the offensive line prospects as they have a need at right tackle. The rotation of Seantrel Henderson, Jordan Mills and Cyrus Kouandjio hasn’t gotten the job done. They’ve allowed too much pressure off the edge.
Some of their struggles have been masked thanks to the escape-ability of Tyrod Taylor. However, any type of pressure disrupts the timing of an offense.
