31. Carolina Panthers (13-0)- Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech

The Carolina Panthers are having a great season and look like a strong Super Bowl contender. They have balance, good coaching and elite players like Cam Newton. However, even an undefeated team has holes on the roster.

Carolina’s issues at receiver and along the offensive line get the most attention. They are areas of concern, but the secondary also has some issues. Josh Norman is a great talent but can’t cover everyone.

The Panthers are going to see their depth tested with the injury to Charles Tillman. They brought in Cortland Finnegan to help mainly because they lacked a reliable internal option.

Virginia Tech’s Kendall Fuller would give the Panthers another defensive building block and someone to work opposite Norman. Fuller is a bit undersized but plays with a lot of heart and toughness. He’s a smart player who always puts himself in good position.

Fuller also features strong ball skills and isn’t afraid to take a risk in order to generate a turnover.

As I mentioned earlier, the Panthers could also use some more talent at wide receiver and along the offensive line. I’d love to see them find a replacement for Ted Ginn Jr. who continues to struggle with drops.

Forfeited- New England Patriots (11-2)
