The mantra, “Build through the draft” is there for a reason.

The NFL is set up to have the worst team pick first in the NFL Draft so it has the best chance to improve. Remember, it’s the best chance to improve because the team still has to make the right pick. When the right pick is made, particularly in the first round, it changes the team’s fortunes.

Every team has had such a player drafted unto it with some having bigger impacts than others. So in this article, we’re going to take a look at the players drafted in the first round that made the biggest impacts to their respective teams.
