26.
In their first year in existance in the NFL, the expansion Baltimore Ravens had two 1st-round draft picks. And their second one at No. 26 overall was middle linebacker Ray Lewis out of Miami. As great as Ogden was as a Hall of Fame left tackle, Lewis has to get the edge here as the best pick.

Lewis gave the Ravens two Super Bowls to one for Ogden and played 17 years to 12 years for Ogden. The Ravens were perennial contenders during Lewis’ time and it was mainly because of the defense Lewis led. Speaking of led, Lewis is one of, if not the best leader in the history of team sports.

His boisterous swagger and extremely physical, rough-rider style of play gave the Ravens their identity. At the same time, he produced as he is the No. 2 all-time tackle in NFL history with 1,573. That puts Lewis right up there with Dick Butkus and Lawrence Taylor as one of the greatest ever linebackers.

Lewis was an All-Pro seven times in his 17 years and made the Pro Bowl 13 times in that span. And as soon as he is eligible, he will go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as unanimous as you can go. He was everything the Ravens could have wanted to start their football team with in 1996.
.
