48.
In the 1995 NFL Draft, Warren Sapp was drafted No. 12 overall by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As dominant as he was while at the University of Miami, he should have been drafted much higher. But reports of failed cocaine and marijuana tests released the night before the draft caused many teams to pass on him.

But the Buccaneers, who then had Tony Dungy as the head coach, were happy Sapp fell to them. He was one of the main players that helped Dungy the turn the Buccaneers around with his Tampa-2 defense. The first thing Sapp did was change the Buccaneers image with his intimidating, hard-hitting style of play.

In his nine seasons with the Buccaneers, he had seven trips to the Pro Bowl and four All-Pro selections. Sapp’s devastating combination of size and speed helped him to 96.5 career sacks, amazing for a defensive tackle. The 77 he had with the Buccaneers are the 2nd-most in the team’s history.

The fruits of his efforts were the Buccaneers winning the Super Bowl in 2002 with Jon Gruden as head coach. He then moved on to the Oakland Raiders in 2004 to play there for another four years. But in his time with the Buccaneers, he had that “Mean” Joe Green type of impact an early 1st-round defensive tackle is supposed to have.

In his first year of eligibility, on February 2, 2013, he was voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.<span style=.
