DE. Ohio State. Joey Bosa. 4. player

He was late to multiple meetings and practices, not appreciating his second chance this season. The Cowboys still need an edge-rusher on the other side of with 2015 1st-rounder Randy Gregory. So here at No. 4 overall, the Cowboys take defensive end Joey Bosa from Ohio State.

This is the perfect pick for the Cowboys because Bosa is the same type of player Hardy is. Bosa isn’t a speed-rusher by any means, instead relying on technique and strength to play against the run. So the Cowboys can plug Bosa in right away at 4-3 base end and with all their other parts, they’ll be favored to go to the NFC Championship game.
