So another 2-gap 3-4 end would be good as the Raiders rotate their d-lineman throughout games. Plus the second team All-Big 10 d-lineman is the best player on the board right here.</p> <p>Lowry has constantly gotten better over his college career as he had 13.5 tackles for a loss in 2015. So as a developmental prospect, Lowry can come in develop, and see how good he can be in the future. He stood out in the Shrine Game practices, showing just why he improved so much over time.</p> <p>He’s particularly known for his high motor, a good trait for him to bring even if he is just a practice squad. To have a winning culture, every player in your building from your superstars to your practice squad players must bring in all the time.
