2016 Team Needs: AFC North
By Kris Rogers
Baltimore Ravens
Team Needs: CB, OG, OLB
The Ravens have struggled to find a rhythm in the secondary all year. Their best corner Jimmy Smith played most of the year banged up, and no one else on the roster stood out other than Shareece Wright, who was picked up midseason from the 49ers. With Ladarius Webb moving to safety, the Ravens need several corners to bolster their backfield.
Three Options: Prince Amukamara (FA), Jalen Ramsey, William Jackson III
Marshall Yanda is arguably the best guard in the NFL, but his line mate Kelechi Osemele is a free agent and should get a decently sized contract on the open market. After Eugene Monroe went down with an injury, Osemele stepped in at left tackle and played well, upping his value even more. The Ravens have John Urshel as a backup, but could still upgrade the position.
Three Options: Geoff Schwartz (FA), Landon Turner, Cody Whitehair
On defense, the Ravens need depth at outside linebacker. With Courtney Upshaw a free agent, Baltimore only has Elvis Dumervil, Terrell Suggs coming off a torn Achilles, and second-year player Za’darius Smith out of Kentucky. With a defense that finished in the bottom half of the league for sacks, young blood is needed for John Harbaugh’s defense to get back to its identity.
Three Options: Nick Perry (FA), Kyler Fackrell, Darron Lee
Next: Cincinnati Bengals
