With six Lombardi’s, the Pittsburgh Steelers have some impressive decision making skills. Choosing to build their team through the draft instead of with high-priced free agents, every selection is paramount for the team’s success. That makes the job of GM Kevin Colbert and head coach Mike Tomlin that much more difficult. However, the pair have been consistently good at scouting talent.

The following list is judged based on the players on-field production, off-field behavior, and draft position.

Honorable Mentions:

Emmanuel Sanders: 2010 Round 3, Pick 82

Markus Wheaton: 2013 Round 3, Pick 79

Bud Dupree: 2015 Round 1, Pick 22

Next: 10. Stephon Tuitt
