2016 NFL Draft Big Board

My latest 2016 NFL Draft Big Board features my top 300 prospects. Ranking this many prospects is a major undertaking, but also a good way to get ready for next month’s draft. This always fun to compare the different Big Boards out there in the world.

This version features several surprises as I value some players higher or lower than others. However, the top-10 prospects for this draft don’t change much from the different boards out there.

The fact is that there are only a handful of prospects who feel like a safe bet to perform at a high level. One of those prospects, Ezekiel Elliott, plays running back which is a position that has lost some value over the years.

This year’s draft also doesn’t have much depth in the back-end of the draft. Teams may find it difficult to find roster-worthy players in the 6th or 7th round of the draft. However, the middle parts of the draft should provide some starter caliber players.

Overall, this is one of the tougher drafts to predict. I found it very difficult to find a large number of prospects who caught my eye. We will find out in several years the true strength of the 2016 NFL Draft.
