35.
Protect quarterback Marcus Mariota is the main objective for the Tennessee Titans these days. They fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt because they don’t feel like he did enough to protect him. Be it that Mariota got broke off (injured) and missed four games in 2015, it’s hard to argue that.

But at the same time, the Titans need offensive lineman that can physically protect Mariota. The Titans allowed an NFL-high 54 sacks in 2015 along with the pressures and hits that came with it. And current left tackle Taylor Lewan was the only guy on that line that could protect anything in 2015.

Lewan can be an elite right tackle but lacks the feet and athleticism of an elite left tackle. But Laremy Tunsil, with his feet, fluidity and athleticism, already looks like an elite, franchise left tackle. So the Titans absolutely cannot resist taking him with the No. 1 overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft.

That moves Lewan over to the right side and the Titans then have two book-end tackles. And Jeremiah Poutasi, who was abused at right tackle, can kick inside to guard and with Chance Warmack, giving the Titans a good pair of guards. And with Ben Jones replacing Brian Schwenke at center, the entire offensive line looks solid.
. LT. Mississippi. Laremy Tunsil. 1. player
