NFL teams use the draft and free agency to get players to change their fortunes. They also hire and fire coaches in order for these teams to go in the right direction. And now, there are five losing teams from the 2015 season that appear to be going in the right direction.

So much so, that these teams look like they can create their Cinderella story for the 2016 season. Yes, they look like they can go from a losing record and third or last in the division all the way to the top of it. It may seem impossible when you look at some of their records in 2015.

But they look like different teams now as the aforementioned draft and free agency period has changed them. Some had a lot of personnel needs and got them this offseason while others only had a few. Then you have a team that was cursed by bad health in 2015 and another by coaching.

There are a couple of teams that have been building for a few years and have finally completed it!

Turn the page for a look at them!
