Which teams will rebound in the 2016 NFL season?

The NFL is a fun and exciting sport for many reasons, but one is that a team can make a dramatic turnaround in a short period of time. There are countless examples of teams going from picking in the top-10 of the NFL draft to making the playoffs the next season.

Last year, we saw the Washington Redskins go from a 4-win team to winning the NFC East and earning a playoff berth.

This article takes a look at several teams that are in line to have a bounce back year in 2016. A few of these teams make the list because of health. Last season there were several high-profile quarterbacks who missed significant time due to injury.

Any time a team loses its starting quarterback you can expect to see a drop off in the win total. This is especially true when those quarterbacks are Andrew Luck, Tony Romo and Joe Flacco.

Others on this list have done a good job rebuilding the roster and are primed to have a breakout season. The teams that consistently put together strong drafts and make smart free agent signings have a chance to go from a struggling franchise to a playoff berth.
