57. Okay, maybe it is time for the Chicago Bears to go ahead and move on from QB Jay Cutler. But No. 4 overall in this draft isn’t the pick they want to use on a QB because there isn’t one worth it. The best thing they can do is see what the Cowboys are going to do with Tony Romo.
When you pick this high, you have to make sure you get a star player no matter what you do. Stars make up for weaknesses and are the fastest way to move your team up the standings in the NFL. Plus the Bears can use some help in their secondary, particularly on the back end.
<div class=. S. Michigan. Jabrill Peppers. 4. player

S Jabrill Peppers, with his versatility, is going to be a superstar when he gets to the NFL. He can play in the box, cover anyone from TEs to WRs and has the range to play deep. It’s pretty rare that you find a guy with such speed, agility and physicality at the same time.

Plus he’s a 4-down player that can give you extra value in the punt return and kick return game. He could very well be the best all-around prospect in the draft with all the versatility he has. Peppers can go in and make the Bears defense so dominant, it wins ball games for the team.
