47. USC’s Juju Smith-Schuster is your prototypical No. 1 receiver prospect in the modern-day NFL. At 6’3″, 220 pounds, he has the size, length and hops to provide a large catch radius. Smith-Schuster is an excellent route runner and has speed to get deep too.
Most importantly, has excellent hands to snatch the ball out of the air when thrown his way. The icing on the cake, is that he can turn short passes into big gains after the catch. And for the cherry on top, he will help the running game with his willingness to block.

The only reason why Smith-Schuster falls this far is because of his quarterback situation this year. However, he has shown that he still has everything that made him a top prospect last year. The New England Patriots would be glad he fell this far and bring him right in.

They haven’t had a true No. 1 receiver since Randy Moss almost 10 years ago. Adding one to tight end Rob Gronkowski and slot receiver Julian Edelman would make the Patriots unstoppable. The great Tom Brady could end his career with a big bang with this pick.
. WR. USC.
