The Atlanta Falcons got right back to putting up points in Week 12. They defeated the Arizona Cardinals 38-19. The Falcons have the highest scoring offense in the NFL. <p>Matt Ryan is the first player in NFL history to pass for at least 200 yards in 50 consecutive games. Ryan went 26-of-34 for 269 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. The Cardinals locked down Julio Jones only allowing him four catches for 35 yards.</p> <p>Ryan proved that Jones wasn’t the only receiver capable of carrying the team. Ryan connected with Taylor Gabriel four times for 75 yards and two touchdowns. Devonta Freeman also helped the Falcons by rushing 16 times for 60 yards and two touchdowns. The Falcons attack defenses from every position, making them hard to contain.</p> <p>This week the Falcons play the Chiefs. Both teams are in contention to make the playoffs if they keep winning. The Falcons remain on top of their division by one game. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are hot on their trails for the lead of the division.
