Bottom Line

Like the legends before him, Carr is the undisputed leader of his team both on and off the field. He leads them in prayer just as easily as he leads them down the field to win a game. We can see the belief they have in him and the love they have for him.

The belief they have in him helps them stay composed because they know he will deliver. The love they have for him helps them fight tooth and nail for him, especially in pass protection. The legends of the past were held in the same esteem.

In action, we can see Carr has the arm of Lamonica with the accuracy and poise of stabler. He mixes that with the fast mind of Gannon and the mental toughness of Plunkett. This makes Carr a great combination of all of the Raider greats at quarterback.

And he will be the face of the Raiders franchise and maybe the NFL for years to come. They say the NFL is a better place when the Raiders are winning and relevant. So the NFL will remain a good place for the foreseeable future because the Raiders are in good hands with Carr.
