The New york Jets need to and will start all over again on the offensive side of the ball.. And more than likely, Christian Hackenberg will be the starting quarterback after redshirting this year. He’ll have a good receiver corps, featuring Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker. <p>But you don’t want your young, first-time starter at quarterbacks to have to do too much. So running the ball and playing defense should be the Jets identity in 20`17. Then Hackenberg can manage the game for the Jets until he’s ready to put the team on his back.</p> <p>So the pick here at No. 5 overall is superstar running back Leonard Fournette from LSU. From Day 1, Fournette will be the bell-cow the Jets need to take the pressure off Hackenberg. He has the arm to drive the ball down the field when Fournette draws eight-man boxes</p> <p>Head coach Todd Bowles would then get a chance to the play smash-mouth football he wants to play, The defense will be rested and play much better in 2017 because of it.
