5. player. 35. The Tennessee Titans just missed the playoffs this year but took a big step forward. They traded out of the No. 1 overall pick they had last year and still got the player they wanted. They’re reward this year is having the Los Angeles Rams’ No. 5 overall pick.
With this pick, they have a chance to get a difference maker to help them win the AFC South. So they take 6’3″, 225-pound, sure-handed, athletic, fast receiver Mike Williams from Clemson. When you have a young franchise quarterback, you have to get him a No. 1 receiver.

They already have a great O-line to protect him and RBs to keep the defense honest. The Titans are just one solid CB from having a defense that can hold the score down. This draft is deep in CBs so the team can use their other 1st-round pick to get one.

With his speed and catch radius, Williams will make Mariota better at throwing down the field right away. The Titans would then become a more of a complete team and much harder to beat. That puts them in position to win more games and possibly take the AFC South crown in 2017.
. WR. Clemson.
