Ryan Grigson was finally fired after repeatedly letting quarterback Andrew Luck down over his career. You have to be able to get after the quarterback in order to win in today’s pass-happy NFL. Alabama outside linebacker Tim Williams is a talent that’s too good to pass up here at No. 14. Williams’ get-off and burst off the edge is comparable to legendary outside linebacker Derrick Thomas.

He would fit in well there, giving left tackles fits with the crowd noise they have in Lucas Oil Stadium. When he’s not leaving these left tackles in their stance, he’s drawing false starts. It will be that much harder to keep up with the Colts offense at Lucas Oil with Williams there.
