35. The Tennessee Titans are a WR on offense and a CB on defense away from contending. Thanks a trade with the Los Angeles Rams last offseason, they can address one of them at No. 5 overall. Again, this is a very deep CB class so they can get one of those at No. 18 overall.
Clemson’s Mike Williams is a future star WR with good value and the perfect fit for the Titans. The Titans have that exotic smash-mouth running game and Williams is a great blocker. He also comes from the spread offense, something the Titans use a lot with QB Marcus Mariota.

But the main thing he gives the Titans is that big-bodied WR1 that can make contested catches. Williams also has some speed and a vertical leap so that makes him a vertical threat. But it is third down where Mariota stands to improve his conversion rate in 2017.

They already have the best O-line in football and run the ball well so this balances the offense. Mariota now has his weapon to grow with for years to come on this team. So all the Titans have to do is get that CB to shore up that otherwise solid defense.
. WR. Clemson.
