Ohio State. Malik Hooker. 12. player. 53. The Browns are now here at No. 12 overall and Trubisky is still a big reach at this point. They can actually do better in free agency with the QBs that will be available. All of the names available are better than what we’ll see in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Yes, even Jay Cutler, who got the blame for everything that didn’t go right in Chicago. I’ll bet anyone $10 to a glazed donut that he’d do better than anyone from this draft class. Jackson is the kind of coach that would get something out of him.

Cutler would do all kinds of damage throwing deep to Terrelle Pryor but I digress. The Browns have a chance to complete their defensive unit by tightening up the back end. A playmaking safety to replace Tashaun Gipson, who left last year is a good move.

With all the range, instincts and ball skills he has, many like to compare him to Ed Reed.. Reed or not, he is certainly ready to go right in and elevate the back end of the Browns defense. And that would elevate the whole defense while taking the team up the standings.
. S
