In recent years, the New York Giants have been a show with QB Eli Manning and WR Odell Beckham Jr, Then last year, they started to put a defense together but it was missing one key ingredient. The great Giants Super Bowl teams had great players in all their positions of leadership. <p>Manning is obviously still there at QB but they don’t have the MLB to lead the way on the defense.. Sam Huff Harry Carson and Antonio Pierce all led the franchise to NFL titles on the defensive side. Zach Cunningham from Vanderbilt is a big-hitting run-stuffer who’s also very athletic.</p> <p>Against the run, he’s physical, playing downhill with the instincts to sniff things out quickly. And the his with quickness, he shoots gaps, creating his fair share of tackles for losses. He also has the play speed to get him from sideline to sideline, extending his tackle radius.</p> <p>That athleticism and awareness also enables him to handle man coverage responsibilities against RBs and TEs.
