player. 10. Like NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock, I believe DeShone Kizer is the best QB prospect. But all indications are that the Browns like Trubisky so he will end up going first. However, the Houston Texans are unlikely to let him past them at No. 25 overall.
If Brock Osweiler were any good in 2016, the Texans might have gone to the Super Bowl. So they need to make the right move at the position now to become a contenders instantly. The thing about Kizer is he has the highest ceiling and floor at the same time.

He has the highest floor because he’s the only first-round QB prospect from a pro style offense. He has the highest ceiling because at 6’5″, 230 pounds, he has the best size and arm talent. He’s also very athletic but comes in second to Deshaun Watson in that department.

Then he has is a connection with 2016 first round WR Will Fuller from their time at Notre Dame. DeAndre Hopkins is obviously the WR1 of the team but having a connection with anyone helps. If the Texans can make the playoffs with Brock Osweiler, they can make them with Kizer as a rookie.
. QB. Notre Dame. DeShone Kizer. 25
