NFL Free Agency: Predicting where the top NFL Free Agents will Land

Calais Campbell, Defensive Line
Prediction: Arizona Cardinals ($19M Cap Space)
2nd Option: Green Bay Packers ($40M Cap Space)
The Arizona Cardinals are gearing up for at least one more Super Bowl run with Carson Palmer under center. This means they are likely to try and keep an important defensive piece like Calais Campbell in place.
He just turned 30-years old and is still a very effective player. It would be tough for the Cardinals to replace his production and leadership.
Green Bay needs to beef up their defensive line in order to improve their run support. They typically don’t spend in free agency, but the pressure is starting to mount on Mike McCarthy and Ted Thompson.

Kevin Zeitler, Guard
Prediction: Jacksonville Jaguars ($69M Cap Space)
2nd Option: Minnesota Vikings ($38M Cap Space)
Kevin Zeitler is the primer offensive lineman available during this free agency period and he’s going to get paid. The Jacksonville Jaguars have again have a lot of money to spend and have needs along the offensive line.
Zeitler would offer them an immediate upgrade at guard and give them a young building block. They may have to overpay a little to bring him in, but he’s a safe bet to earn his keep.
The Minnesota Vikings desperately need to upgrade several spots along the offensive line. They could decide to commit a lot of their cap space to one player or spread it around. However, the best course of action might be to land a stud like Zeitler.
