56. The Cincinnati Bengals had a bad year last year but it wasn’t because of their offense. It’s not the same without WRs Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu but it was good enough. QB Andy Dalton and WR A.J. Green were still there making their share of big plays throughout.
The defense wasn’t quite up to snuff in 2016 as the front-seven had their issues. The Bengals weren’t too good at stopping the run or getting after the passer last year. The Bengals have two good QBs in their division so an edge rusher is a good idea here.
<div class=. DE. Stanford. Solomon Thomas. 9. player

.Solomon Thomas would get the job done with his explosive first step, power, and ability to bend. He also has a nonstop motor and will chase the ball until he or someone makes the play. Having a guy like Solomon in your building makes your team better immediately.

At 6’3″, 273 pounds, Thomas showed exactly why he was as dominant as he was at Stanford. He did 30 reps of 225 and showed that first step while running a 4.69 40. He can rush from inside or out so the Bengals could move up the AFC North standings with this pick.
