CB. UCLA. Fabian Moreau. 29. player. 49. The Green Bay Packers did very well to re-sign OLB Nick Perry in free agency this offseason Then they turned right around and grabbed TE Martellus Bennett to keep weapons around QB Aaron Rodgers. The division is rapidly improving so the Packers have to do things to keep up.
Upgrading at the CB position is one of them as the Packers got cooked by opposing WRs last year.. CBs Ladarius Gunter and Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins were horrible last year. And shutdown CB Sam Shields was released due to concussion issues.
<div class=

The Packers don’t have speed at the position so opposing WRs ran right by them last year. So the Packers, still a bump-and-run team, select Fabian Moreau. At 6’0″, 200 pounds with long arms, he is physical at the line of scrimmage in press-man.

He also has the agility to mirror and showed his speed at the combine, running a 4.35 40. Moreau is a late-riser up draft boards because he answered a big question with that 40 time. Plug him in right away and the Packers will have a better defense in 2017.
