35. The Titans filled a major hole with the No. 5 overall pick, taking Williams to be Mariota’s WR1. So here at No. 18 overall, they have a chance to tighten up that defense even more. They already picked up CB Logan Ryan in free agency but you can’t have too many solid CBs.
The Titans already have what they need on offense and on the front-seven of the defense. So they might as well add another CB to that defense for good measure. Plus Jason McCourty will be turning 30 in the midst of this season and you know what happens then.

Tre’Davious White is the best CB on the board for the Titans right here as he would fit in well. At 5’11”, 193 pounds with 32 1/2-inch long arms, White has the size and length for press-man coverage. He also has the feet, hips and reaction time to mirror in off-man coverage.

White also has good speed, running a 4.47 40 at the combine but his versatility is key. He can play effectively outside on the island as well as in slot and plays the run well too. His ability to play in the slot will guarantee him a chance to make an immediate impact.
. S. LSU.
